Dave,

The idea of including bike ED in Drivers liscense testing, renewal mailings, 
and other opportunities is planned for the future.  The idea has been kicked 
around for years.
Education for motorists and cyclists is one of the most important elements 
of bike advocacy.  The most difficult audience to get to is the pedestrians 
who also need to be informed.
