[DVBC] Today's AHCS Ride is Cancelled--No Fooling

I'm cancelling today's AHCS ride due to high winds and rain.  Don't want to
take the chance of anyone including me crashing on a downhill on wet
surfaces.  I think I'll take a nap instead.
