[DVBC] Bad News from Jersey

This is terrible news. NJ is the wealthyest state per capita. How can they not have funding for their state parks. Parvin is a beautiful park and the site of a couple of annual triathlons.  Do we have access to any e-mail addresses for the appropriate NJ pols.  This is also the state that is trying to ban the sale of bikes with quick release wheels.
