[DVBC] April Newsletter Available in PDF

it looks as if rich did indeed mean this for bob only, but hit "reply" 
and forgot to check the address showing.   i've done this myself before.

so maybe it would be a good idea to make the default "reply" going to 
the original sender, and then "reply-all" going to the original sender 
as well as the list?
