[DVBC] Adam's Sat. ride

Any cycling accident that involves a motor vehicle should be carefully 
investigated by the cycling community. The non-cyclists do not recognize 
a cyclists' rights to the road. Saying I didn't see him/her is not a 
defense.
Our club and other like organizations must take an interest here.
Where any charges filed?
Were there witnesses?
