Any cycling accident that involves a motor vehicle should be carefully
investigated by the cycling community. The non-cyclists do not recognize
a cyclists' rights to the road. Saying I didn't see him/her is not a
defense.
Our club and other like organizations must take an interest here.
Where any charges filed?
Were there witnesses?
