[DVBC] liability waiver form

Oh my gosh. It has come to this.
You now need to sign a waiver to square dance?
I guess those sharp corners on the square can be dangerous.
I once saw someone seriously injured in a do-see-do gone bad.

I don't need no stinking menu and I ain't signing no stinking waiver :-)

Get a life people, life is full of risks, and sometimes s#%t just  
happens.
