[DVBC] Change in Starting Place for Dreamer's Birthday Ride Saturday January 26th

Our competition is at the Richmond Colliseum on E. Leigh St.  I think that is downtown?  I don't know exact time, but I we compete early Saturday afternoon.
 
It would be great to have some one in the stands to cheer.  If by chance they go, tell them to root for "Philly Spirit".
