[DVBC] What's the name of the guy who built bikes out of all kinds of parts and there was a movie made about him?

Tony, Dom, anybody--
Do you know the name of the guy who built bikes out of all kinds of parts
and then I think he finally got Specialized (?) to back him and he won a
time trial?  We saw a movie about it at Tony's I think.
