[DVBC] road conditions

All -- you may already have noticed this, but I just found out today:
Club favorite Sweetwater Road is currently being tarred and feathered... or something. Anyway, it's not good for riding. They gouged up the blacktop in preparation to resurface it. So it's all rumbly, tarry, and gravelly. 

Skip Sweetwater. Seek alternate routes
