[DVBC] Creek Clean UP

E-Mail ThisI'd like to thank Larry G., Gina B., and David B. for helping out with the CRC Watershed Association creek clean up. These seasoned veterans of this worthy cause pedaled 2 grueling  miles to the DVBC site at the intersection of Gradyville and Bishop Hollow Rds where we picked up 250 Lbs of trash on the banks of tributaries of Crum Creek and Springton Resevior.

Following our 2 mile return trip to RTP we feasted on free lunch, picked up our stylish free tee shirt, and mingled with other environmentally concerned citizens of Delaware County. The great morning left me with enough time to get in another 34 miles down to Chads Ford and back including Old Gradyville to make up for the short ride.

I hope to see some of our newer members come out for this event next year.
