[DVBC] Reminder for Bonkers Paint Ride tomorrow morning at 8:30

The forecast is improving for our road painting tomorrow morning. The front
that promised to douse the roads early seems to be coming slower than
expected. Let's meet as scheduled at Parking Lot #15 and try to get the
roads painted as quickly as possible by car.
