[DVBC] ride leader incentive

Drew, 
After reading about the new program in the NL, I realized that my previous inquiry on the listserve was never answered, how does one go about turning in ride signup sheets? 

It also raised some other questions. 
Does this new incentive program mean you are doing away with the gift certificates that you always gave out at the banquet to the 10 ride leaders with the most rides? 
And if so, what was wrong with that idea? If not, why isn't it being promoted so as to encourage more rides?
