[DVBC] HELP! cycling cramps

Jake,
I definitely agree with the others especially that you've got to drink and
eat prior to the ride to get it in your system.  I also suggest eating
bananas since they are a good source of potassium.  I also take a
multivitamin and calcium with potassium daily.
